ULTRASOUND
We design and manufacture ultrasonic systems for the most demanding applications, from composite material inspection in the aerospace sector to railway axle testing. Every solution, manual or automated, is developed with custom probes to ensure maximum detection sensitivity and full compliance with industry standards.
EDDY CURRENT
Eddy current technology allows us to detect surface defects and inspect tubes, bars and components of various geometries with great precision. We manufacture manual probes and encircling coils for automated systems, developed to measure based on customer specifications and application requirements.

EXAMINER
The Examiner software guides the operator through the scanning process stages, from the set-up phase through to the data acquisition display.
MOTION
Designed to manage the automatic machine movement and the various surface scanning methods (flat and cylindrical), allowing customers to operate with their own data acquisition systems.
ACQUISITION
Evolution of Motion that manages the entire scanning process using Waygate Technologies USIP40 and USIP|xs instruments. The software supports customisation for any ultrasonic instrument interfaceable via computer.
EVALUATION
The application loads data from acquisitions performed with Acquisition or from other sources, displaying ultrasonic information as A-scan and flat projections in colour maps (B-Scan, C-Scan, R-Scan, S-Scan).
